Additional Subscription Information

By enrolling in a Levè subscription, you agree to a recurring monthly charge of the listed subscription price plus any applicable taxes. Your payment method will be automatically billed each month unless the subscription is paused or canceled.

Billing & Renewal

• Your card will be charged on the same date each month
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel, please email contact@levefragrance.com with your full name and the email address used to place the order. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

Once a billing cycle has processed, that month’s order cannot be refunded.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of personal fragrance products, all subscription items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds once shipped.

Shipping

Subscription orders are shipped monthly. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and carrier availability.

Account Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that billing and shipping information remains current. Levè is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or outdated information.
